Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your account email, business name, and settings. Client information you enter (name, email, phone number) so we can send them reminders on your behalf. Invoice details (amount, due date, status). We never see or store full payment card numbers — Stripe handles that directly.

How we use it

To send the reminder emails your account is set up to send, generate payment links, run your subscription billing, and operate the product generally (showing your dashboard, tracking what's been sent). We don't use your data to train any AI models, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make Ledgerhawk work, each only for that specific purpose:

• Supabase — database and account authentication
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — sending reminder and account emails
• Vercel — hosting the application itself

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them. None of these providers are permitted to use your data, or your clients' data, for their own marketing purposes.

Your clients' data

If you use Ledgerhawk, you're responsible for having the right to share your clients' contact details with us for the purpose of sending them payment reminders. We only use that information to send the reminders your account configures — nothing else.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in — that's it. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on Ledgerhawk.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it, aside from records we're legally required to retain (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

Children's privacy

Ledgerhawk is a business tool and isn't directed at or intended for use by children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
